It feels unnatural to call this a hotel, it is a work of art! literally! Rich I’m history, exquisite, breathtaking, jaw dropping! our room overlooked the Piazza Navona, the staff is exceptional, the breakfast spread on the terrace out of this world! do not hesitate to book here!

perfectly located and walking distance to everything you would want to see in Rome. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Always felt safe there and in the area. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

During our stay in Rome I fell and injured my ribs. On the day of checkout the reception employee Manuel allowed me to rest in an alternate room until our pick up taxi came. I would like to thank Manuel for his kindness thoughtfulness and exceptional service that I will always remember.God bless him. All the other staff were also very good including the staff at breakfast, the bellboys and especially thanks to the wonderful and kind doorman during the day who always helped me go up and down the high entry stairs by offering his strong arm to hold onto and his wonderful smile. Thanks also very much to kind Stefano from reception who did our smooth checkout and also carried all our luggage from our room to the entry, all this with a smille. The hotel is exceptional, well appointed, in the best location and beautiful.Breakfast was wonderful and abundant yet tastefully prepared and arranged. Will never forget this hotel.

very friendly staff, upgraded us on arrival which is always nice! Room super and spacious with comfy bed. Loved the roof top bar even thought drinks very expensive. Location excellent.

The staff was as great as I have ever seen! I travel alot for work and am platinum at another brand, but these guys were warm, helpful and is was all very natural in their delivery! Big shout out to Manuel, Cristiano and Jean Felix at the front desk. It sounds crazy but I enjoyed just chatting with them, thats how comfortable they made me feel. Thanks so much guys! The staff in the breakfast restaurant were also super nice and helpful. The location was perfect, and I am so sorry but I forgot the gentleman's name who worked the security desk in the day but he was so welcoming after a day of touring.

It was central to everything! So many dining options and every taxi ride was a max of 10 euros from the location. The staff is super helpful, they booked multiple cars for us and even changed the times. We had to wait until later to leave for the airport and they were more than accommodating by holding our luggage and letting us take a break in the AC when needed.

Location was fantastic Staff was extremely helpful, from front desk to luggage help to service in the breakfast area Suites are each unique, with bedroom and comfortable sitting room (some with convertible sofa beds so 3 could share the suite easily e.g., one couple/one single; parents, child) Wonderful rooftop bar -- small seating sections and an amazing view of the city at sunset Traditional Italian breakfast buffet with tasty and plentiful pastries and cakes, along with a hot section with scrambled eggs and meat choices. Good selection of teas.

Front desk / concierge was amazing. They helped with transfers from airport to hotel and back to airport. All recommendations and reservations at restaurants were excellent. Spa reservations and just everything they helped with made my stay even more excellent.
